Pete Bennet, CEO
Pete began his career by launching LRI – it later became one of the leading Educational Technology content and platform providers and one of the first exponents of truly blended eLearning and Accredited qualifications and solutions. His work with Disrupt has led us to be an internationally recognised organisation – delivering digital learning content from online Universities to on-line qualification pathways. Pete’s work has become synonymous with innovation and change in Educational Technology.
Gary S Creigh, Creative Director
Gary S Creigh has 25 years experience delivering innovative design solutions for a wide variety of sectors, from retail call centre operations right through to the learning and skills sector, SMEs and International businesses. He delivered bespoke design work for many major names, from The Lawn Tennis Association through to Vodafone. His passionate creative drive runs through our work.
Shay Riggs, Instructional Design Lead
Shay has over 15 years experience as an eLearning and publishing technology professional working on both UK and international projects. As an Instructional Designer and Author he both develops and creates courses and manages teams to design and deliver them. He has worked with a wide variety of clients in many sectors, across Education, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Construction, taking projects from project inception and story-boarding all the way through to delivery and launch. His client facing experience along with his design and development skills ensure that briefs and requirements are understood, and expectations exceeded.
Kimberley Neale, Assisted Learning Manager (North America)
Kimberly Neale is a passionate, energetic advocate for inclusive employment and learning – dedicated to supporting the empowerment of people with disabilities and other barriers to employment, discover, showcase and market their unique abilities and workplace value-proposition. She brings over 15 years of experience in training, employment skills coaching – her grounded approach keeps all of our work inclusive and usable by all.
