Clearer Training: Transforming Capacity and Delivery
Clearer Training – Case study
Clearer Training is one of the UK’s leading providers of certificated training in ear care, microsuction, irrigation, and cryotherapy techniques, training hundreds of NHS and private practitioners each year.
For many years, the team delivered programmes through traditional facilitation and treatment room settings. While effective, this approach limited both capacity and scalability.
Following initial consultations and a development partnership with Disrupt, Clearer Training has successfully transformed its operating model into the sector’s first blended learning approach. All theory and knowledge-based components are now delivered and assessed digitally via the Disrupt Academy model. This ensures that participants arrive at practical sessions fully prepared, with a consistent level of understanding and theoretical competence.
As a result, operating capacity has doubled, enabling the organisation to scale effectively for the first time.
Drawing on extensive experience in training and development, the Disrupt team analysed and evaluated the educational content to identify elements suitable for digital delivery, while maintaining high levels of engagement and assessment.
