A new turnkey learning development solution for SE Asia

After much international research, in late 2025 the principals of Insyteful in Hong Kong selected Disrupt to be their working partner for the launch of a new development solution for organisations in SE Asia.

Launching in Spring 2026  Insyteful will offer a fully managed learning platform for mid-sized employers across Asia and the Pacific, bringing compliance, skills, and leadership development into one effortless place with clear, board-ready impact.

Insyteful is designed to support HR, Compliance Teams , and Business Leaders replace fragmented tools and manual admin with one enterprise-grade platform that feels simple to run. It unifies online courses, live virtual classes, and in-person workshops, automates enrolments, reminders, and certificates, and delivers finance-ready reports that show coverage and skills movement clearly and consistently. 

Disrupt were selected for their libraries of customisable courseware approach, for their Virtual face to face course libraries, and for their experience in system integration.  This latter area of expertise enables the integral diagnostic and planning tools that form a key part of the Insyteful solution to seamlessly transition data and information to and from the learning processes, allowing accurate management of all an organisation’s activities and performance metrics.
