Taking Neurodiversity
training to another level

Auticon Canada
 – Case study

Auticon occupies a unique position in the world, it is the largest majority-autistic company globally. They have been delivering exceptional IT solutions harnessing the distinctive skills of neurodivergent talent since 2009, and are proud to be living proof that neurodiversity works at work.

Their comprehensive neuroinclusion services and unique lived experience are enabling forward-thinking organisations to attract, retain and reap the benefits of neurodivergent talent in providing competitive advantage, and creating enviable inclusive cultures that deliver both economic and social value.

In 2025 Auticon Canada selected Disrupt to create 2 specific bespoke digital learning courses:

  • Neuroinclusive Recruitment
  • Inclusive communication

Each course was designed to be significantly different from other approaches to neurodiversity courses that currently exist, in terms of the Modular structure each took. the treatments and engagements developed by the Disrupt team, and the level of information and detail that was provided.

Across video, audio, multimedia case studies and a large range of engagement and activity styles, with assessment and certification for users, the courses stand out as powerful examples of digital learning at its best.  They help to significantly  reinforce the Auticon message that neuroinclusive organizations deliver significant operational advantages.

Disrupt is proud to have been such a key part of another social inclusion digital project.
